Joetta Talford was truly the best thing that could happen for me in the purchasing of my first home. She was direct in answering my 1001 questions, always courteous, quick to respond and truly did make the entire experience painless. Which from what I hear from others who weren't fortunate enough to have someone like her is a rarity. She helped me find a great home in a great area and of course within my budget. I highly recommend her services!
Joetta is the founder and current Broker-In-Charge of Talford Realty International. Talford is likely the area’s most diverse agent. Having a proficiency in art with a high aptitude in math and science, she is able to utilize all of these talents to help clients buy and sell with creativity and efficiency. She was one of the top agents in her former office, and from the beginning, closed eight units of business in her first eight weeks of her real estate career. In 2008, she was appointed to an agent leadership council, and was chosen to chair its Finance Committee. She is licensed in North & South Carolina.
Before beginning her real estate career in 2006, she opened her first business (a graphic design studio) at the age of 22. It was there that she learned the fine art of providing top notch service to executive clientele. During her tenure, she designed brochures for oil companies, large scaled sporting events, as well as McDonald’s and Mayfield Ice Cream companies. She has an extensive background in media relations, video production and editing for TV. She was also the first female & the youngest African American magazine publisher in the Charlotte area in 1998, when she ran arts & entertainment magazine for four and a half years, interviewing everyone from celebrities, local musicians, actors, and athletes. She also hosted a radio show and two TV shows. Bottom line is… Joetta understands what it takes to win. She has the heart of a winner and the ideas to make things happen for her clients. She would love to meet with you to assess your real estate needs. Please feel free to contact her to schedule an appointment.
